At Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 of Jason Joseph Clements, Springfield West aged 32. Born in O’Leary on October 15, 1980 he is the son of Carl Clements, O’Leary and Mildred (Perry) Clements (Leo Hayes) of Winsloe.

Dear brother to Carol Ann Johnson (Gary Nicholson), Kelly Road; Kevin (Christine) Clements, West Cape; Tom (Connie MacDonald), Springfield West; Judy Banks (David), Summerside; Shelley Clements (Allan Blanchard), Toronto; Jerry Clements(Lisa), Summerside; Jenny Clements (Dwaine Arsenault), Coleman and Andy (Angela), O’Leary.

Jason is also survived by nemerous nieces and nephews and Aunts and Uncles: Charlie (Mildred) Perry, Alberton; Eliza (Wilfred) Clements, Lot 7, Velda Arsenault (Ralph Cornish), Tignish; Bernice Provost, O’Leary and Matilda (Patrick) Clements, O’Leary.

Predeceased by sister Irene, brother Andy and sister Rachel.

Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Thursday from 7-9pm and Friday until 9:45am then to St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church, Burton, Lot 7 for funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
