The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Friday, June 19, 2026 of Fenton Palmer, of Conway aged 92, loving husband of the late Kathleen (Buchanan) Palmer. Fenton was born in Conway on May 20, 1934, son of the late Guy & Myrtle (Walsh) Palmer.

Cherished father to David (Joy), Springhill; Brenda (Wayne) Vanduinkerken, Clyde River; Michael (Beverley), Conway and Nancy (Les) Chudley, Summerside. Dear father in law to Sandra Palmer, Conway and Lisa Palmer, Ellerslie.

Loving grandfather to Adam, Mitchell, Jonathan, Jordan, Matthew, Jillian, Julee, Mindy, Jacob, Krystal, Spencer and Emma. Great grandfather to Casey, MacKenzie, Lennon, Lucia, Ellie, Everly, Emerie, Fenton, Tate, Grayson and Vivian.

Fenton is also survived by his brother Walter (Marlene) Palmer, Dartmouth; Kathleen Lawson, Summerside and close friend Debbie.

Fenton was predeceased by his parents, wife Kathleen, sons, Lowell, Steven, brothers Darrell, Wallace, Earland, Lawrence, George (in infancy), sisters Lillian, Arlene, Dorothy, and Linda.

Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
