The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday June 14, 2026 at Maplewood Manor, Alberton of "Patsy" Patricia Florence Ellis, formerly of O’Leary age 82. Patsy was born in Campbelltonon on October 4, 1943, daughter of the Joseph & Winnifred (Perry) Jones.

Loving mother to Brenda Lee (Rodney) Donahue, Bloomfield; Wendell (Shelley), St. Raphael; Blair (Pauline), Unionvale; Cheryl (Gary Arsenault), Summerside; Geraldine (Michael) Allain, Milburn; Glen (Sandra), Alberton; Vance (Kim), Alberta; Charles (Melody), Alberta and Laura (Basil) Whelan, NFLD. Cherished grandmother to many grand-children and great-grandchildren.

Dear sister to Martha MacDonald, Windsor ON and Vincent (Zelma) Jones, St. John NB. Sister in law to Warren (Marlene) Ellis, Summerside and Linda Stetson, O’Leary.

Patsy was predeceased by her parents, brother Roy Jones, sisters Dorothy Keefe, Bonita Jones, Phyllis Jones, brothers in law Wade Stetson, Garth MacDonald and parents in law Ken & Hazel Ellis.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home & Chapel O’Leary with visiting hours on Tuesday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Burton Lot 7.
