The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O’Leary, on Monday, March 18, 2024 of Michael Shawn McNally of Coleman, aged 52. Mike was born in O’Leary on June 5, 1971, son of the late W. Eugene & Elsie (Hart) McNally.

Loving brother to Lori Doucette, St Louis; Vanessa (Kris) Deveau, Church Point, NS; Terry (Jen), Halifax, NS and Joey (Kendall Cook), Kensington.

Special uncle to Jade, Jaxen, Ethan, Parker, Emma, Kendrik, Kaden, Elle, Nathaniel, Madelyn and great niece Peyton.

Dear nephew to Margaret Cornish, Wilna Connelly, Mildred Arsenault, Myra (Cedric) Pineau, Harold McNally, Diane McKie (Ronnie Luke) and Gerald (Nancy) McNally Gladys (John) Steele, Janet (Lloyd) Smith, Leigh (Janine) Hart, Brae and Janet Hart, Dunblane.

Mike is also survived by special friends Courtney Hart, Brian Perry and Mark Doucette.

Mike will be greatly missed by his puppy Lilly.

Mike was predeceased by his parents, sister Jeannie in infancy and brother in law Troy Chaisson.

Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Thursday 4-7pm. Funeral service will be held in th chapel on Friday at 11am. Interment in the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Brae in the spring.
