The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O’Leary on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 of Jamison Claude Sweet of Knutsford aged 18. Jamison was born in Summerside on March 7, 2005, cherished son of Cory & Tracy (Smallman) Sweet.

Loving dad to Grayson and Lakelyn and special brother to Messina Sweet.

Jamison is the beloved grandson of Wallace & Margaret Ann Smallman, Donnie & Carolyn Sweet and great grandson of Leta DesRoche, nephew of Wayne (Carla) Sweet, Blair (Krystal) Sweet, Dana (Debbie Lynn) Sweet, Elroy (Krista) Smallman and Amanda Sellick.

Jamison is also survived by cousins Jesse, Erkia, Colton, Brayden, Aleea, Leroy (Lindsay), Zoe, Violet, Shamus, Ruby, Beatrice and the mother of his children Breanna Albert.

Jamison was predeceased by his grammie in heaven Linda Sweet, great grandparents John & Alywyn Smallman, Ellis & Annie Sweet, Marjorie & Claude Silliker, great grandfather James DesRoche, uncle Leroy Smallman, uncle Shannon Sellick and cousin Mackenzie Smallman.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Thursday from 5-7 pm. Funeral service on Friday at 2 pm in the Chapel. Interment in the Springfield West Baptist Church Cemetery.

In memory of Jamison and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to his son Grayson’s trust fund would be appreciated.
