The death occurred surrounded by family, at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O’Leary on Monday, May 29, 2023 of Mary Alice Ellis of Glenwood aged 74, beloved wife of Timothy Ellis.

Dear mother to Rodney (Krista) Ellis, Marla MacMillan and Jeffery Ellis (deceased). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Samantha (Matthew) McKendrick, Chance Ellis (Monica DecRoche), Emma MacMillan, Hannah MacMillan, Turner Ellis (Libby Howatt), Ka-Leigh Ellis and Aleena Ellis. She will also be missed by her great-grandson Declan and soon to arrive great-grandson Jack Ellis.

Forever loved by her mother Jean Dumville, her siblings; Helen MacArthur, Theo (Lana), Wilburt (Helen), Gerald, Ernest (Patricia), Orin (Maxine) and Basil (Margaret), sisters in law Joanne Buote, Lorna Ellis, Effa (Elbert) Morrison and brother in law Andrew Ellis. Mary will be sadly missed by her many treasured friends.

Mary was predeceased by her father Charles Dumville, son Jeffery Ellis (2020) brothers Junior, Kenny and Randy.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Saturday from 12-1:45 p.m. followed by the funeral service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment later in the West Point Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
