The death occurred in Summerside on Thursday, July 15, 2021 of Adam Donald Jerry Collicutt of Northam aged 40. Adam was born in O'Leary on April 15, 1981, dear son of Reta (Jimmy) Moore, Northam and Donald (Connie) Collicutt, Ebenezer.

Dear father to Emma, Kenley, Kiptyn and Kamden. Dear brother to Shawn Collicutt (Kayla), Raymond Collicutt (Shenae), Travis Jay and Cody Jay. Adam is also survived by his grandparents Lloyd and Gertrude MacDougall, Alton and Belle Sellick, several aunts and uncles and the mothers of his children Krista Collicutt and Melissa Arsenault.

Adam was predeceased by his grandmother Olive Collicutt.

Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel. Due to restrictions, private visiting and funeral will be held for invited guests.
