The death occurred at Prince County Hospital on Saturday, April 17th, 2021 of Bonita Ann Sweet of Knutford, aged 64 years, beloved wife of Lorne Sweet. Born in O’Leary on August 7, 1956, daughter of the late Arthur & Rita (Arsenault) DesRoche.

Loving mother to Lorna (Kevin) MacIsaac, Bernadette (Phillip) MacIsaac, Jenilee (Charles) Smallman and Justin (Mandy) Sweet. Dear Grammie to Nicole (Mike) Cody, Chandler, Logan, Jayden, Gavin, Weston, great grandchildren Dax and Turner.

Bonita is also survived by her brothers and sisters Joe (Betty) DesRoche, Emery (Hazel) DesRoche, Edna (Bruce) Gallant, Nadine Chaisson, brothers and sisters in law Frank (Barb) Sweet, Clair (Marilyn) Sweet, Donnie (Carolyn) Sweet, Allan (Cindy) Sweet, Ralph (Sherran) Sweet and Valerie DesRoche.

Predeceased by her parents, brother Elmer, granddaughter Ella MacIsaac, nephew Chad Gallant, father and mother in law Ellis & Annie Sweet, brother in law Roy Chaisson, sisters in law Iva Sweet and Linda Sweet.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, due to Covid 19 restrictions, private funeral arrangements. Interment will follow in St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Woodstock.
