The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Thursday, July 23, 2020 of Robert "Fenton" Shaw beloved husband of Hazel (nee Hardy) of Bloomfield aged 82 years.

Fenton was born in Bloomfield on March 6, 1938, son of the late Robert and Ada (Thomson) Shaw.

Cherished dad to Shanna (Lloyd) Phillips and Jamie (Nicole). Loving Dat to Tanner, Samuel, Isaac, Carson and Mitchell (Connie). Dear brother to Elaine MacKendrick and Allan (Wendy). Brother in law to Jean Shaw, Keith ( Lorraine) Hardy, Iris Barnett and Joyce (Wendell) Arsenault.

Fenton was predeceased by his parents, daughter Evelyn in infancy, brother Wendell, niece Ruth MacKendrick , brothers in law Lorne Barnett and Glendon MacKendrick.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with private family visiting and funeral service to be held on Saturday in the Chapel. Interment to follow in the Elmsdale United Church Cemetery.
