Johanna Katarina Huberta Antonia (Anny) LaGuff (de Jongh)
Anny, passed away, peacefully, at her residence in La Peche, Quebec on Sunday, March 22nd, 2015. Anny was the beloved wife of the late Clifford Laguff. Born in Dordrecht, Holland on August 30th, 1921 Anny immigrated to Canada in 1952 and became a Canadian Citizen on July 9th, 1964.
Anny was an important influence in the lives of Cliff’s children: Raymond (predeceased) and Howard, Belleville, ON; William, ON; Gerald, Bernard, Gertrude, Brian, Glen all of Ottawa, ON; and, Bob, Picton, ON. Anny had a special friendship and bond with Catherine Russell, Barrie, ON. Predeceased by her parents Huibert and Antonia (van Deursen) de Jongh and her siblings Antonia (Toni), Ida and Huibertus all of Holland.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 2:30p.m until the time of the Funeral at 3:30p.m in the chapel. Interment to follow in the West Devon Baptist Cemetery.
