It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing, at her home, on Thursday, October 26, 2017 of Ella Irene Lewis, of Woodstock, aged 88, wife of the late Harry Lewis. Born in Woodstock, on October 15, 1929, daughter of the late Earle J. And Emmeline (Webb) Palmer.

Dear mother to Rev. Blair (Ruth), Bathurst, NB; Beverley (Paul) Hingley, Woodstock; Orville, Woodstock; and Karen Hill (Mike Gauthier), Summerside. Loving Grammy to Aaron, Adam, Nathan (Georgina Godfrey), Rachel, Craig, Alicia , Devan (Kirsten Buchanan), Carter (Julia Gallant) and great Grammy to Sophia, Emma, Clark and Calum.

Ella is also survived by her sisters and brothers in law, Hazel Black, Alma Westall, Jennie Harrington, Leigh (Phyllis), Rev Lawrence (Iris), Keith (Iris) and Verna Boss.

Predeceased by her parents, husband Harry (2015) and three siblings in infancy.

Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral will be held on Monday at the O’Leary United Church at 1pm.
Interment will follow in Bloomfield United Church Cemetery.
