At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Saturday, July 24, 2010, of Joseph "Ambrose" MacKinnon of Montague, age 92 years.Veteran of the Second World War

Husband of the late Catherine (nee Campbell) and the late Jean (nee Vessey). 

Beloved father of Jean (Roderick) Stewart, Boswell, BC. 

Dear grandfather of Laura Jean (David) Tonnellier, Manitoba and Tracy (Jeff) Fowler, Saskatchewan and great grandfather of Trent Tonnellier, Markus, Kyle and Dylen Fowler. 

Also survived by nephews David MacKinnon, Charlottetown, Alan MacKinnon, BC and nieces Marlene Barrett, Florida, Joan (Ted) Morey. Alberta and Caroline MacKinnon, Ontario.

Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 2:00 pm. 

Interment in the Community Park Cemetery.

Visitation: Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of service. 

The Montague Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 8 will hold a Service of Remembrance at the funeral home at 1:45 p.m.  All Comrades are invited to attend.
